I am trying to plot 3D contour (x,y,z, data). Is is possible to do that?

Yes.
The W array will allow you to assign an intensity to each point. If you need to specify a colour you need to build a color map for values corresponding to those in the intensity array.

What is the W array. Can you give me an example command? like m_3DGraph.Plot...??
