How to plot 4 components on a 3D Graph? (the 4th component is represented by color like contour)

I am trying to plot 3D contour (x,y,z, data). Is is possible to do that?

Yes.

The W array will allow you to assign an intensity to each point. If you need to specify a colour you need to build a color map for values corresponding to those in the intensity array.
