Sorry for not answering in Chinese.  The fundamental architecture and how to develop/use IVI-COM drivers are all documented in the IVI Specifications, found at http://www.ivifoundation.org/Downloads/Specifications.htm   I recommend you to read them. 

If you just use IVI-COM driver in your app, the minimal documents are IVI-3.1, 3.2, and some 4.x documents depending on the instrument type you use.  If you want to develop IVI-COM drivers, you should read all the 3.x documents (except for 3.10), and some 4.x documents depending on the instrument type you develop for.

Plus, some step-by-step guide documents for IVI-COM beginners can also be found at, Vektrex, Agilent, or Kikusui web sites.

IVI驱动使用很简单，安装agilent的ivi驱动后一般都有实例程序可供参考。

如果做驱动开发可能要专用开发工具包。
