Scanning SCXI-Chassis with NI-DAQ

I want to scan analog input from my SCXI-chassis with different Modules (1520,1100,1121,1126,1102) at a fixed datarate from each module and each channel over a long period of time. In the near future the chassis will be extended with a second one. I prototyped this with Labwiew. I read the NI-Daq user- and reference manuals and some application notes. Each one gives me a lot of information, but i am missing the glue which keeps the things together. Can anyone tell me, which is the best point to start from. I think, this is a very common programming task with Meassurement Studio/LabWindows, so i hope for some tips

You could probably start by taking a look at the NI Development Library for Signal Conditioning. Over there you will find example code (in LabView, LabWindows/CVI, etc), technical presentations and tutorial for your project.
