Thanks, I already did that, but the problem is, that I get always a different measure result. I really don`t know what the problem is.

Try this example program. Connect the signal you are trying to measure to the Source of counter 0.
This should work. If it does not, there may be a problem with your NI-DAQ driver and we would need to reinstall the newest one.
