Where to buy C++ in this version

Hello,
i want to use "MS Visual C++ .net Version 2003, Patch Level 7.1.3088, .net Framework 1.1, Patch Level 1.1.4322".
The question is now where can i get this version? Is it included in a bundle or can i also buy it separate?

What is the difference between the two products?
I´m looking for the Microsoft-thing. What is the diffence if i have Studio instead?

Microsoft Visual C++ .NET is a development environment. It is a Microsoft product.

Measurement Studio is a set of tools that you use within Microsoft Visual C++ .NET. It is a National Instruments product.

The reason that I'm not sure which one you are referring to is that Measurement Studio does not have a version 7.1.0.3088.

If you are looking for Microsoft Visual C++ .NET, you need to contact Microsoft to obtain it.

Measurement Studio includes User Interface controls, analysis functions, libraries for communicating with NI Data Acquisition hardware and for communicating with instrumentation hardware, and tools that integrate into the Visual C++ environment to help you use the controls and libraries.

If you are looking for Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003, you should subscribe MSDN Professional or greater.  Retail package versions are today version 2005 only, but MSDN subscriber can obtain version 2003 and 6.0 through the DVDs or download.
