can i deploy my application if I use the evaluation version

I want to use Measurement Studio 6.0 (evaluation version) with Visual C++ to make a stand alone executable. I wonder if that is possible for the evaluation version?

Hi Irene,

Unfortunately, with the Evaluation version of Measurement Studio you will not be able to deploy an application.  When creating a distributed application with Measurement Studio you must include support files in the installer for the target machine.  However, these files are located in a the \Redist folder found on the installation CD.  You can look in the Measurement Studio Help for more information in regards to distributing applications and what support files are needed.  If you open the Measurement Studio Reference and select Visual C++ Help -> Tutorials -> Distributing and Installing -> Distributing and Installing Measurement Studio Applications, you can see the support files needed for distributing a C++ with Measurement Studio application.
