I'm a new user, I use labview6i on win2000 sever,for I have to recieve datas from vc program and plot those in labview ,so when vc program calls labview dll,I need to display vi in dialog style,.I really needs your immediate help !thanks a lot!
Before you build the DLL in LabVIEW you will need to change the appearance of the VI to open the front panel when called. Naviage to File >> VI Properties >> Window Appearance >> Customize, and select the radio boxes for Show Front Panel When Called and Close Afterwards if Originally Closed. You can confirm that it has been set when you build the DLL. On the VI Settings tab of the application builder you will see a field for Show Panel. Make sure this says yes. This should be all you have to do to make the front panel load when the DLL is called.
