What kinds of questions should I post in the Counter Timer category vs. the other Measurement Devices categories?

The Counter and Timer categories would refer to questions where a counter is being used to take measurments such as:

• pulse width
• pulse counting
• edge seperation

or generation tasks such as:

• pulse train generation
• clock generation
• pulse width modulation
