AKD servo drive tuning through labview

Hello All,

             I have been trying to get a AKD servo motor running through NI soft motion. I was able to configure the motor through kollmorgen workbench and after creating a labview project with required AXIS for the motor, I am not able to tune the motor. As soon as I am trying to open the gain parameters in Gain tuning panel, the system shows a Microsoft C++ library run time error and labview completely shuts down. Finally I am forced to recover the project.

Please help me sort this issue..
