It sounds like the MAX database file is corrupted. The sure way to fix this problem is to reinstall FlexMotion, and in severe cases, all NI software. However, before you do all of that, there is a good chance that rebuilding the MAX database will fix the problem. To rebuild the database file:
1) Close MAX
2) Go into your MAX folder (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX) and copy the config file to your desktop or some other directory to keep as a backup
3) Delete the config.mxs file from the MAX directory
4) Run the following command from run prompt
C:\Progra~1\Nation~1\MAX\mxsr.exe -uconfig.mxs
*the location my vary depending on where the mxsr.exe file is located on the system
5) Restart MAX
6) Refresh MAX (F5)
