Error 70022 at cRIO 9074 with 9514

Hello Everybody,

i have got a cRIO 9074 with a 9514 servo interface. At the test panel, everything is working fine, but when i want to use one of the soft motion funtions, i always receive a 70022 Error 'Motion:  This command is not supported by this controller or operating system.' (Even with the 9514 examples). 

On the cRIO the softmotion package is installed and it's running at scan engine mode (i have tried a FPGA example, but i didn't work either).

I'm helpless what to do now.

1.) What specific function causes the mentioned issue?

2.) Which version of LV and SoftMotion are you using?

the main function i have tried is linear move, 

I use the actual version of LV 2010

Hi,

I could not reproduce what you mentioned. Have you installed the NI SoftMotion software on the controller (see attachement)?

Could you provide some piece of code so that I can reproduce this issue?

Hi,

i have installed all RT Software available and i uploaded a small Project. 

The Test Panels are Working, but the Softmotion is not, neither Straight-Line move nor the Axis Power function.
