Error -70033 occured at Write Buffer.flx

I have a problem with WriteBuffer.flx it gives the error 70033. I am doing contour moves with four axis in vector space control.

There are also strange coercion dots on many motion VIs, that could indicate there is something wrong in my software.

Any ideas how to fix these problems?
