General error with a PCI 73344 card.

Hi,
I've some trouble with a PCI 7344 card. I use it for motion control. When I start it works fine for 20 to 30 minutes and then I've got the following error: "NIMC_boardFailureError". And I can't do anything, I need to shut down my computer I wait for a couple of hours before to restart.
I don't know what happen, is it a buffer problem or something like that? Is it an hardware problem?
I use a Visual C++ program to control this card.

the problem sounds very much like a hardware problem but before you consider sending back the board you should try to update to the latest FlexMotion driver version that is 5.1.1. You can find the download site here:

After updating the driver you should also update the firmware of the board in MAX (you see a little yellow triangle at the board name if the firmware is out of date).
If this doesn't solve your problem please contact your local NI branch in order to exchange the board.
