How can i get correct value of servo motor ( with fast speed)?

I communicated with servo motor via RS232. Because the speed of motor is very fast, so when PC received the value is not really correct, often miss some bytes. How can solve this problem?
 
I try with my circuit, but it's still not correct!

What is the current data rate that is being used? If you reference the following KnowledgeBase: A Quick Comparison of RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 Serial Communication Interfaces, you will see that the maximum data rate for RS-232 is 20 kB/s.
