I am trying to run the example of set-point control in NI 9501 on a cRIO. But, when the motor moves it moves the specified number of steps in the positive direction and then goes back to the original position and goes to the neagtive of the number of steps specified. Thus, effectively it moves double the number of steps in one time period. Could someone tell me how to change this?
Also, I want the motor to remain in a particular position for some specified time and then go to the next position. As things stand now, the motor keeps moving to-and-fro between the psoitions. How do I keep the motor stationary for some time?
Thanks.
