How to control Aalborg Stepping motor valve?

I want to control a stepping motor valve from Aalborg.

The operation manual is here:

It seems that beside having TTL output, I also need to have:

1) 0 - 2.5 VDC analog output for speed control

2) 12VDC CMOS logic output on pin 8 for direction control.

I would like to know if there is a NI module which can output 12 VDC CMOS logic signal.
