How to remove motion device from MAX?

I cannot remove PC-Servo-2A from MAX's "Devices and Interfaces". I do not have such board in my PC but this device appears in MAX even after reinstallation of all the NI package. I tried to clean the registry but it did not help. Attached you can find the MAX menu showing this "virtual" device. How can I remove it?

I'm not sure how this should have happened without adding this device deliberately but maybe you can find the PC-Servo-2A also in the Windows device manager. Please check the device manager for this board and remove it. After a reboot the device should have disappeared from MAX.

If this doesn't help please go to Add/Remove Software in the Control Panel and uninstall the ValueMotion driver. This should solve the problem.

I work on Win NT so I do not have device manager to remove this board.

I uninstalled all NI package including NI-Motion and cleaned the registry twice... After installation this board appears again (NI-Motion has to be installed because I intend to use 7342 motion controller).

Do you have any other solution, please?

Which version of NI-Motion are you using? As of NI-Motion 6.0, this driver can not coexist with the old valuemotion driver. The board that is showing in your system is a valuemotion board. Try the following steps:
1.-Make sure you have administrator rights in NT.
2.-Remove the NI-Notion Driver from yout system.
3.-Remove the valuemotion driver from your system.
4.-Reboot without any driver installed and open MAX, the Valuemotion board should have disappeared.
5.-Install the NI-Motion driver, you 7342 showul show up fine.

If any of this doesn't work, please export a copy of your registry file and post it here, we will take a look at it and check if something got corrupted.

Thank you for your help.

The problem is fixed. All the previous times I looked for and cleaned the "National Instruments", "LabVIEW", "DAQ" and "NI..." entries from the registry. It turned out that I had to remove "NatMotion" entries from the registry and then the above device did not appear in MAX after installation.
