I cannot seem to turn off the inhibitson my MID-7604 Driver

I had this thing working a while ago, but I had to reformat my computer and at the same time I tried to add encoders. Now I don't know which one is causing the problems. I moved my 7334 card to a new slot so it would be recognized and MAX sees it. I have tried to change the input polarity on switch 10 of the first drive, I have made sure the enable switch is turned "ON". I am not sure where to check next. When I enter a move into Motion Assist and then run it, the motion is shown on my screen but my motor doesn't move.
I have even disconnected the encoders now in order to try to make a "baby step" and get the system to move again.
Thanks
Nick

Nick-
Check all your external connections and make sure they match up correctly (encoder phases, axes numbers, limit switches, etc). You'll also want to take a look at MAX and check that all the settings are right for your motor and encoders. Then go into 1D-interactive and try moving just one axis, without encoders. If this works, then the encoders may be connected incorrectly. Check the manual for the motors and the drive to confirm that.
These troubleshooting steps should get your system up and running.
