I want to follow a analog motion track

Thank you for your previous answer. Now, I am looking for a way to build a motion system. In my system, motion command is created by another computer, and then tracnsfered in tow diffient way:digital(by 10-T aether net),and analog signal.
I want to comfirm in following question:
1.If my system works in digital mode, I must recieve the motion command from aither net card and then sent to 7344. I have tried to move the axis by flex motion function. But it is hard to limit my response time less than 3ms. I wonder if there is other way to move axis more quickly.
2.If the move command is given by analog signal, I am thinking about use RTSI bus. I am planning acquist analog signal by DAQ device and send this directly to 7344 via RTSI
bus. Is this way of using RTSI is right? If not ,how can i build my system.
thanks

In your digital mode you are going to be limited by the speed of your network connection and of the abiltity of your processor to send commands. You can set the card to be electronically geared to another axis, encoder, or analog input. This would give you the fastest response since it takes your computer out of the loop and the onboard process handles everything. However, you cannot gear to a signal on the RTSI bus.
