PCI 7344 Not recognize "red X"

Hello

Sometimes when I open the software "Measurement & Automation" and I check "Devices and Interfaces" my PCI 7344 is with a red X.

The only way to get the board working is shutting down the system and change the PCI slot.

I would like to know why this happen... The problem is with my PC or my PCI 7344???

Did you tried to remove device and install driver again?

Yes I did.

Also I had format the computer and  reinstall Windows and NI software.

But still the problem.
