PCI 7350 panels within MAX have changed suddenly; card not working

I have a problem with a PCI-7350 motion control card.

This morning, I switched on the PC that houses the 7350 motion control card and fired up MAX. The menus for the 7350 card have changed somewhat. Basically, most of the tabs are missing so I cannot change any settings such as the PID parameters or do an auto-tuneI've attached a few screen shots.

I tried various things, including:

1. Unplugging and replugging the card

2. Swapping in another motion control card
3. Reinstalling all the NI software

No difference. Any idea as to what might be the problem? All was well the last time I used the card.

Regards,
Cormac

Cormac,

this looks weird. For some reason the driver installation seems to be corrupted. Which NI-Motion driver version are you using?

In this case please update your driver to NI-Motion 8.1. This should install a new version of the MAX provider and chances are quite good, that this fixes the issue.

Cormac,

I'm sorry, that you are still experiencing this issue. In this case please contact your local NI branch for support. Except reinstalling your complete system there are some more options to tackle this issue, but this information is not suitable to be posted in a public forum.

Thanks for your understanding.
