Problem in the pci-7340 hardware

My pci-7340 has a hardware problem as I think, since I try every thing but the same problem of initilization of the controller exist, which is time out error due to problems in communication with the DSP firmware, since I update the NI-motion drivers from 7.2 to 7.5, and NI-daqmx 7.3 to NI_Daqmx 8.3, and the same thing Iinstall every thing from the begining and then install the hardware but the same problem, I try another computer but the same problem, So if there is a problem in my hardware, and I want to send it to NI since there is no any NI company branch in Egypt, since I import my hardware, so what is the procedures that I must do to send it to be repaired, and also what is the esstimation cost?

Thank you,

Hi,

After upgrading the NI-Motion driver from 7.2 to 7.5 did you update the firmware on the card?  When you select on the PCI-7340 card in MAX, there should be a "firmware" tab at the bottom of the active window.  When you select this tab, there should be an "update firmware" button at the top of the window.  If you have already updated the firmware, this button will be grayed out.  If this is the case and you still believe your board needs to be sent in for repair you can find the Customer Service contact information at

http://www.ni.com/contact

I hope this helps.
