Problem with Flex Motion 6C card and driver

Hello,
We are using a system in which we are controlling 4 servo motors at the same time. I am having problems in AUTO TUNING of these servo motors. When I tune the motors manually it works fine. I would like to know from you people the reasons why I am unable to auto tune my motors. when I auto tune my motor there is suddent increase in the position which does not go back to its desired position and seems to take an endless loop. How can I do the auto tuning of the motor properly.

Hello,

Due to various initial conditions rarely the autotune algorithm may fail to calculate the PID loop parameters properly. In that case the best thing to do is to manually tune the motor. Please see the following link for more detailed information on this:
