Real time VI says to compile the FPGA VI but compiling the FPGA VI does not fix the problem

I have a cRIO9074 chassis with an NI 9505 attached to a linear encoder and voice coil. I changed the Position Control (Closed Loop) example to work with my chassis, and it was working fine a week ago, but now it does not. When I try to run the real time VI, I get an error saying that I need to compile the FPGA VI. I did this but the problem was not resolved, and the same error is still there. I can run the FPGA VI, but it seems like it is only reading the encoder position, and not sending current to the voice coil.

The only change from now and a week ago is that I installed McAfee Virus Scan on to the computer. The virus scan created an issue where I couldn't discover a target for new FPGA projects, but uninstalling McAfee solved this issue.

Did McAfee possibly change something while it was installed on the computer, or is that unrelated to my current problem.

Any help with my situation would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Brandon
