Rotary stage suggestion

I am looking for some advice on locating a low cost rotary stage.  I found several rotary stages on the web, but all are $1000+ units with super precision. 

I don't need that great of precision (+/- 1 to 2 degrees is sufficient).  It does need to turn a full 360+ degrees.  The stage needs to hold no more than 10 Lbs.  I am looking to try to keep the cost under $500.  Any suggestions?
