Hi,

it looks like something went wrong with the attachment (there is no attachment).
Have you tried to measure the output voltage of your cFP system with a multimeter or a scope? Is the feedback working properly (do you see changes in the positions, when you turn the axis manually)?

Best regards,

hm strange, now the attachment is here. Looks like there was an overlap with our postings.
I'll have a look at the code.

In general I don't think that there is anything wrong with the code. With Kp=70 and Kd=220 I wouldn't expect a perfectly damped system but you should definitely get an output from your FP-AIO-610 that is different from zero volt if you try to perform a move.
Please use the LabVIEW debugging features and provide more information about the internal states of your vis as mentioned two posts ago.

Hello Jochen

I performed some test today. Everything seems to be fine except that there is no output from the PID vi to drive the FP AIO610 Output O.

Attachment please find some screenshoots of my testing with some notes.

It would be greatful if you can give me some suggestions what to do next.

Thank you.
