Stepper Axis is loosing steps, no pull in moves

We are using a 7344 with closed looped steppers. The problem is, that the axis doesn´t reach the target propperly. If we want to move to position 10000 (steps) the axis always stops about 10 - 20 steps away from this position.
Has anyone an idea where we can search for the error!

I would recommend trying to increase the number of pull-in moves yu perform. To do this, you should upgrade to the FlexMotion 5.1.xf4 patch which has the added functionality to change the number of pull-in moves. Here is a link if on our ftp site:

In the readme.txt, there is a description of how to use this function depending on what progamming environment you are working in.
