I am using the 7344 to control three stepper motor using closed-loop control. I found a very funny problem. I use the trapezoidal velocity profile and I set the maximum velocity is 10000 steps/s (equal to 1mm/s). When I make the motor move and plot the axes velocity using 1-D Interactive in Measurement & Automation Explorer, the velocity profile shape is correct but the maximum velocity is changed to 5 times of the value I set initially. I tried to set other value but always the tested value is 5 times of which I set.
Anybody have any ideas?
