Will running a 12 DC motor with 15 volts dc harm it

I Would like to know the adverse effects of running a 12 volt DC motor, with 15 volts dc.

What manufacturer and model? Application and always on and under load?

Depending on what you are doing, yes, it could possibly harm it or dramatically shorten it's life.

The model number in your post does not match the data in the table. I briefly went to igusa's site to see if they had more info regarding voltage range, but did not see anything relevant. It may be best if you contacted igusa directly.
