Depending on what you are doing, yes, it could possibly harm it or dramatically shorten it's life.

The model number in your post does not match the data in the table. I briefly went to igusa's site to see if they had more info regarding voltage range, but did not see anything relevant. It may be best if you contacted igusa directly.
