can i run pci 7344 in two different co ordinates

we have pci 7344 . i want to use axis 1 and 2 for co odinate system 1 and axis no 3 & 4 for co ordinate system no 2 .how i can use this ?

Could you please be a bit more specific with this request? In general you can run each axis independently or you can run axis 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 in seperate vector spaces. If you need to do any coordinate system transformations you should do this in your software.

You should use the "Configure vector space" VI once to configuring axis 1&2 and then again parallely for configuring Axis 3&4. I shall send you the code tommorow.
