Hello Sadiah,
For basic motion control, you can go to our NI-Motion website to review the motion controllers and drivers that we offer. You can take a look at the data sheets for the various devices to determine which system would be the most effective. Our motion controllers also come with the NI-Motion Driver which provides appropriate functions to interact with LabVIEW, C, LabWindows™/CVI™, or Visual Basic development platforms. If you are not very familiar with LabVIEW architecture, you might also look into the Motion Assistant software. You can convert any application developed using NI Motion Assistant to C code or NI LabVIEW VIs for final machine deployment, eliminating the need for any additional programming.
To create a model-based control design system, you might also want to take a look at the LabVIEW Control Design Toolkit.
Regarding PID and Fuzzy logic, we do offer a specific toolkit for this type of application. Here is the product manual to see if the included functions would suffice. PID and Fuzzy Logic Control Toolkit. If you are looking into implementing fuzzy logic, I would suggest reviewing our NI-Softmotion to create a custom motion controller with one of our reconfigurable cards.
I hope this helps answer your question.
