Hi Francisco,

Thanks for using the disscussion forums.  I was wondering what type of motion controller are you using?  And to make sure that I understad, are you using the joy stick to control 2 of the axis on your controller?  It will depend on what type of device your joystick is.  You are going to have to read in values from your joy stick and then you can program your motion controller to jog based on the inputs it recieves.  Also check out this KB to see if you can use MAX, you will want to upgrade your driver to use MAX if possible.

Have a great day,
GG

Thanks for your help

I am using nulogic motion controllers -pcCcontroll 4A, I know that is old but it still works. The computer that we are using is 13 years old and with windows 95 and  it is working. So the joystick I'm trying it to use is compatible with windows 95- the brand is Raider Pro(15 pin, 2 axis and 4 bottom), also I just want to use two axis. Vertical and Rotational

Thanks for your help,

Hi Francisco,

I found several documents that show how to Monitor and Controll Joysticks in LabVIEW.  There are also some example programs for reading in Joystick data and doing motion control.  I couldn't find very much information about using the pcrunner-32, but the implimentation should be very similar to how it is done in LabVIEW.

I hope these documents help.

Regards,
GG
