how to turn on AC motors

I need to use a microcontroller that can be used to turn on one possible three 24[VAC] motors. I also need to to connect the microcontroller to a bluetooth adapter which will receive messages from a bluetooth device.

Can anyone tell me what microcontroller I can use to control the motors. Can I use Labview FPGA for any device or does it have to be a NI product?

LabVIEW FPGA only runs with NI-RIO hardware (reconfigurable I/O). If you are looking for a microcontroller that can be programmed with LabVIEW you may want to have a look at the NI LabVIEW Embedded Module for ADI Blackfin processors.
The Blackfin is a processor that converges typical microcontroller and DSP functionality. Amongst other tasks ADI targets the motion control market with this product.
