i installed the motion architect software but i wasn't able to connect using rs232, i can't upload and download programs to my zeta 6104.

i bought a new zeta 6104 indexer driver and it comes with the software CD. i installed it successfully but when i tried to connnect through RS232 it just comes out that i cannot connect fully. one's you are online, you must see a blue windows with sign >echo off but i only got

echo off with no sign like > and it only means that i am not fully connected to the unit and ones i download programs to it, there's an error message.

anybody knows why?

Since I'm not immediately familiar with your zeta 6104 hardware and software, you may want to contact its manufacturer at Parker Motion for some troubleshooting advice. Beyond that, it might be worth your time to verify that the COM port settings in Windows Device Manager match those that your zeta 6104 manual says it needs.
