measurement and automation explorer (MAX) version 4.1.0.3001

 Hello,

I was using MAX recently and it suggested a firmware update which at the time I said no.  Now everytime I start

up MAX and select my device under Devices and Interfaces I simply just get an hourglass wait message, no error messages

are seen.  What would be the best way to fix this ?  It no longer gives me a chance to update the firmware for my Motion controller

device.

I haven't seen a behavior like that before. Please uninstall NI-Motion, unplug your motion control board, reinstall the latest version of NI-Motion  and reinstall your board again. Please let me know if this solves the problem.
