monitoring pressure in internal combustion engine

hi,
I am trying to make a data acquisition for monitoring the pressure in internal combustion (pressure sensor and angular encoding to produce pulse as an external clock included)
Can anyone tell me how to make this daq by using labview. It is nice if you can give me an example of the labview (file .vi).

Dear Lutfee

I guess what you need to do - acquisition and processing of pressure
values - is a standard DAQ task, for which you'd find numerous examples in
the "NI Example Finder" (e.g. from the LabVIEW "Help" menu); the examples
under "Hardware Input and Output >> DAQmx >> Analog Measurements" and
"Synchronization" should be especially useful to you.

If you need more detailed help, please provide us with information about
your setup: which LabVIEW version are you using, which hardware is
involved etc.?

Best regards

Hello

I am very glad to hear that somebody else is interested din topic that I am starting.
I ask you directly: Can I copy form you your application to internal combustion engines diagnose.

I am engineer and I will make test of using alternative fuel in standard combustion engine (methanol fuel, ethanol, bioester, mixtures of them with ether) Unfortunately I don’t have experience not at all with lab view, Already I have bought NI _PCI multifunction card, two accelerometers, flow sensors, thermocouples type J and K and in the next month I will try prepare application for engine test. That would be very helpful if I could get form you any support (any already done application or other via….) I would like build my application on other more professional or build own completly different but learn on existing examples of engine diagnose system). If you are interested in such tests also lets send me information.

Best Regards.
