send a pulse to trigger a DC motor through an FP-DO-DC60

I am trying to trigger a DC motor through an FP-DO-DC60 module. How should I connect the motor to my FP-TB-10 and can I simulate the signal without using the Motion Toolbox.

The TB-10 Users manual details connection specifics for modules including the FP-DO-DC60:

Are you triggering a motor with the DO module or acutally driving the motor with the DO module? In either case make sure you do not exceed the amperage ratings for the module.
