Hi,
 
Is it possible to create my own VIs such logic gates (D flip flop) into FPGA to interface with the stepper motor? I have the hardware design of the interface circuit with the stepper motor and it works pretty good. I know this is the harder way but my objective is to implement logic conversion circuits using Labview FPGA. Is there any examples on such VIs? I am using PCI 7831R, Labview 8.0, Labview FPGA module 8.0, Labview real time module.Thanks!

LabVIEW FPGA is a bit higher level than that.  There is no direct hardware to LabVIEW utility.  If you have the hardware representation written in a hardware description language (HDL) like VHDL, you can directly import this to LabVIEW FPGA using the HDL node.  See this devzone article for more information on this.
