Hello 아마추어,
I cannot read your post, however the two error numbers you posted are fairly straight forward to address and seem to be in line with what you're VI is doing. Perhaps you can get my post translated and use it.
Error 100121:
This error occurs because the device you're using does not have an internal excitation source available. You can fix the error either by using a device that has it, or wiring the bridge information input on the DAQmx Create Task>> AI Strain Gauge VI and selecting external. Here is a screen shot from the LabVIEW help file of what this input cluster is composed of. The easiest way to use this cluster would be to right click on the bridge information input and select Create>> Control this will create a control with all the appropriate elements.

Error 200587:
This error can be solved with the steps described in this KnowlegeBase article: Why Am I Getting Error -200022 Or -200587 When Using NI-DAQmx?
Once again, I can't read you're post so I hope this is helpful. If your issue requires further response I would try contacting your local National Instruments branch or posting on one of these forums:
NI中文技术论坛 I don't mean to be culturally insensitive, but I'm not sure what language you're using. Best of luck to you! Have a great day!
