We are trying to revive an old DAQ/PC measurement system and have run into a problem trying to run old VIs.
The 6062E DAQ card is recognised in MAX and we can use the test facility to verify it is working correctly.
The old VIs load correctly but when we try to run them we get the 10401 error message.
Software:
Windows 2000
Labview 5.1.1
NI-DAQ 6.9.3
This combination was known to work 7 years ago.
We have restored Windows 2000 to the original version (SP1) in case OS updates have caused the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks
Jim

Dear Jasqm
Please see the below link; If you saved your preexisting code with options, and chose to save it as a development distribution so that you could bring over the library files, this is the cause of your error code. You have brought over all the libraries your VI needs to run, including the real (not the compatibility) Traditional DAQ VI's. Just save the VI itself, and if you have any of your personal VI's that are stored in a .llb file save them as well. Then load the VI and .llb's on the new PC.

If this fails, please try this KB and Reset the driver for Traditional NI-DAQ
