5VDC to 10VDC with USB-6009

Hi,

Is there an easy solution to change the 0-5V signal of the USB-6009 to a 0-10V signal?

For the automation of our pilot we need two analog outputs of 10VDC. Are op-amps a good solution?

Greets,

Dominic

What are you trying to get 10 volts into or out of?  Analog output?  Digital I/O?

2x 10V DC analog outputs (for an ozone generator and a ballast of a UV lamp)

So I need to find a way to transform the 2x 5V DC analog outputs of the USB 6009 to 2x 10V DC analog outputs.

This just a reference/signal voltage, or is it going to be used to actually power the device?

If it's low-current signal voltage (a few mA), an opamp circuit will do fine.

For something with a little more grunt, you might want to consider a programmable power supply.

Other option is to upgrade to a 621x-series DAQ, those can output 0-10v right at the AO terminals.
