6810 rehosted on XP machine, some problems

I have rehosted a SDA 6810 CCA on an XP machine running LV 5.01.  That sounds odd enough but I had to do it because we were doing a hardware upgrade to an old test program/station and the old NT machine would not cut it.

After a lot of trouble, I can communicate with the card and all ot the channels on it.  However, the channels that I have set up as transceivers are all coming up to a logic high by default and I can't get them to geo low except during the transmission od data.  In the NT machine they were low by default.  I have noticed in a header file there is a way to set the default state of a line but this is not working for me.  I get an error.  The header file has a later date than the data on the SDA DLL which leads me to believe all function in the header file are not valid without an upgraded DLL.  Please send me the latest software (DLL,.h, .lib, etc... for this CCA.  Also, any other suggestion you may have would be very helpful.

thanks
