Hi there,
I have a task where I need to measure the motor start and stop. I am using the following setup, a TT9010 differential probe (TT_SI-9010_FKL (testec.de)) measuring Phase 1 to earth and Phase 2 to earth, to prevent any false 0 on the sinekurve, when stopping. The 2 differential probes are connected with their BNC connectors to a 9239 voltage input module.
From this setup I gets my peak voltage measurements, But some pretty noisy ones (Probably from the motor drives). The first test was done with 50Hz sampling which is the same as the grid frequency, and that will be increased for sure.
Do you have any concerns using NI 9239 ?
I have no 9244 available, which could be another way to go, but then it would be RMS measurements and not peak measurements right? not sure how much delay that would add to the start stop readings?
