A question of analog outputs(volts)using USB 6008

Hi Everyone,
I want to get analog outputs(volts)using USB 6008. On the manual, there are 2 analog outputs. Does that mean channel AO-0 and AO-1?
I use LABVIEW-EXPRESS-OUTPUT-DAQ Assistant to get a voltage, but on channel 0, the voltage is 0. Is anyone can give me some hint? Thanks.

Does it pass the tests in MAX (Measurement & Automation Explorer) and can you control the voltage there? What do you have wired up to the Data input of the DAQ Assistant? You do have something wired there don't you?

Thanks for your reply

Yes, it pass the test in MAX. I can control the voltage there and there is no error.

I didn't add any line to 6008. In LabView, I give const 2 as a input voltage(2V).  But When I measure 6008 output channal(channel 14 as mensioned in DAQmx), no voltage.

Thanks

You either wired a constant to the data input or not. And I mean wiring on the block diagram. If you do have the DAQ Assistant wired as below, then it should work just like in MAX. Did you configure the DAQ Assistant for on-demand timing? Is there anything else in your program?

My diagram is the same as your attachment and there is not anything else in my program. I using on-demand timing.

In the MAX, I can adjust the voltage. I want to know how I can know whether it works or not? Can this voltage(MAX) be displayed or measured?

Thanks again.

I'm not sure what you mean. The voltage output that you specify in MAX can be measured just like you are trying to measure it when you generate a voltage in LabVIEW. Are you saying that you did not verify the output voltage when running it in MAX? I was under the assumption that you only had problems with the output voltage in LabVIEW.
