1) Have you updated MAX after the installation of the card ? There is an option (Menu --> Tools --> last entry (because I have a french version of MAX, I don't know the exact name)) where you can define whether MAX is automatically updated when starting or if the user has to press F5 to do so.
2) Have you tried on another machine ?

1)I have an option(Tools-->National Instruments Products Updates) and I press it.But it told me "No product updates found".I also tried to press F5,I failed, too.
2)Yes,I tried another machine.It didn't work,too.
3)Was my driver(NI-DAQ6.9.3) correct?
4)Could you please tell me some suggestions,if you have?

1) The option you speak about is used to check if there are new driver versions for the products you use. The one I mentionned is not the same. You can access it through the last line of the same menu. It allows you to define whether MAX updates the list of the installed products on your demand or automatically. If the first option is checked, you must press F5 to update the display of MAX.

2) Your card may be defective.

- Was it detected by the operating system after the installation ?

- Does it appear in the list of the installed peripherals (Control Panel --> System --> ...) ? (As mentionned before I unfortunately don't remember the exact terms because I have been using french versions for a long time).

- Do you have another car
d to check ?

3) No problem with the driver version.

1)There is a option(Tool-->Install legacy drive support) and I tried to pust it.The result was "Support files are up-to-date for all the recognized drivers on the system. No updates are required".
2)I guess so.But it could be detected by the operating system after installation.Yes,it appears at the device manager. As so far,I don't have another card to test. But I will borrow one from my friends.
3)Thank you for your advising.
