After installing downloaded Max for vista VI Logger is not installed

VI Logger is not installed and I cannot create tasks from MAX

Sorry for the vagueness of the original posting!

I am using a NI USB-6009 daq. It was running successfully  with  original software on an XP machine where I used VI Logger to create tasks. I upgraded to vista and downloaded and installed NIDAQmx 3.3 to get it working on vista. Afte doing this I no longer have VI Logger. What can I do about this?

Hello shanemppe,

Unfortunately, VI logger isn't supported with Windows Vista.  It is an older software and has since been replaced by SignalExpress, which is much more dynamic.  I hope this helps.
