All my tasks in MAX stop work after I connect new DAQPad-6016 to my computer

Hello.

I have two DAQPad-6016 devices, one of them was connected to my computer and was work perfectly.

Now I disconnect the first DAQPad and connect second.

The "Ready"(green) led lights, the device exist in "my  computer" device list.

But all stuff stop work. In MAX I still see the "NI DAQPad - 6016: "Dev1" | Plug-in Device", but all task now fails.

Self test - fail, reset not work and etc.

Hello Vitaly,

First of all you will want to make sure you have administrator rights so that you can add new hardware to your PC.  What happens if you plug both 6016 devices into your PC at once and then restart the PC.  Do both devices show up in MAX as Dev1 and Dev2?  If they do not, are there any devices that show up with a warning in the Windows Device Manager?

When you plug the second device into MAX is the icon of the card green or white?   If the icon is white that means that the device has been disconnected and if you run a self test it will fail.  It sounds like the second device that you plug in is not being detected and installed properly.  But please let me know the answers to the above questions and I will try and help you out.
