Analog out after clearing task

Hello,

a short question about AO. I create a task, write the appropriate analog voltage to the line, then stop the task, and finally clear task.

After that all, the voltage level set on the NI hardware stays on the output. Is it normal? The question is, is it a normal behaviour, and I can use the AO this way, or should the task keep run/oper?

Yes, that's normal. You can change the output to 0 or use the DAQmx Reset VI (which will change the output to 0) located in the Measurement I/O » NI-DAQmx » Dev Config palette on the Block Diagram before you exit the application.
