Blue Screening with MAX and AT-MIO-64E-3

Hi,
When I use Measurement and Automation Explorer and I try to open my test panel on the AT-MIO-64E-3 board #1, I get a Blue screen and the error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" on the file nipalk.sys . However, it works fine when running it on the #2 board PC-TIO-10 ?? Anyone have any ideas. I was using 6.1 NI-DAQ and now upgraded to 6.9.0 . Same problem still

I believe that you may have some conflicts in the software if you installed NI-DAQ 6.9 on top of NI-DAQ 6.1. I recommend uninstalling all NI-DAQ from your system through Add/Remove Programs (Start menu >> Settings >> Control Panel) before installing NI-DAQ 6.9 afresh.

We have same problem on a machine in our company.
Tried re-installing o/s nidaq 6.9.2 after but problem persisted. The datestamp funnily enough was consistent 3c3a60e9 - nipalk.sys

Any other Idea?
What 's nipalk.sys for (NT DAQ driver?)
