Hello,
I've used Labview on and off for the past 10 years, but haven't used it on a PDA.
We are considering the CF-6004 to sample simultaneously on 3 channels at around 5k/sec per channel, i.e. a sample from channel 1, sample from channel 2, sample from channel 3, then back to channel 1 etc. How easy is this to do?
I would greatly welcome any help and advice on this.
Thanks in advance!

Hey James,
Page 13 of the CF-6004 User's Guide shows AI sampling specifications. How you're acquiring your data (finite or continuous) plays a large factor in the sampling rate. The maximum aggregate sampling rate for finite acquisitions is 132 kS/s. With 3 channels, this works out to a sampling rate of 44kS/s per channel. For continuous acquisition, the sampling rate is typically 18 kS/s per channel when monitoring data, or 1kS/s per channel when acquiring and graphing. The only application that won't work per your 5kS/s/ch requirement is graphing a continuous acquisition. Keep in mind that these specifications are dependent on your system; an older device might not be able to keep up with the CF-6004. Here's an excellent Knowledgebase that explains sampling rates with the CF-6004.
